Description
Human Dermal Adipocytes (DAdOPRO2™) are isolated from fully consented donors less than 16 years of age and enriched for expression of Integrin fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP4). DAdOPRO2 cells are available from healthy donors and corresponding full-thickness tissue paraffin embedded tissue sections for histological assessment and snap frozen tissues are available for each donor.
Dermal adipocytes are released after vigorous quality control testing for sterility, endotoxin, mycoplasma, cell density and viability as well as confirmation of phenotype via flow cytometry confirming expression of CD146, smooth muscle actin and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARG).
