Isolated from human placenta after healthy birth, fetal-origin placental stem cells (PSCs) are phenotypically stable and can be expanded extensively to create large banks of cells to support research, pre-clinical, and clinical programs. The potential applications for PSCs are supported by over two decades of peer-reviewed scientific publications at highly accredited research institutes.PSCPRO2® cells are cultured and characterized under physiologically-relevant oxygen conditions to ensure that your studies are powered with cells that retain in-vivo like function during in-vitro culture.
PSCs available from the Amnion Foundation are immunopositive for CD73, CD105 and SSEA4. PSCPRO2®vials have 1M or 5M cells per vial to meet your experimental needs.
