Description
Human Dermal Fibroblasts (DFIPRO2™) are isolated from fully consented donors less than 16 years of age and enriched for expression of CD10. DFIPRO2 cells are available from healthy donors and corresponding full-thickness tissue paraffin embedded tissue sections for histological assessment and snap frozen tissues are available for each donor.
Dermal Fibroblasts are released after vigorous quality control testing for sterility, endotoxin, mycoplasma, cell density and viability as well as confirmation of phenotype via flow cytometry confirming expression of CD90, CD and Cytokeratin 105.
